Our Services and Fees

The CowTown Individual, Senior, Family, and Baby Portrait Special Deal:

Our portrait fees start at $225 for a 1 - 2 hour one location shoot. The location may be either a location local to the Westerville, Oh area such as the many parks in the Westerville area, or in our studio. There is no limit to outfit changes.

We include either a print package with 10-15 4x6 proofs, 16 wallets, 4 - 5X7, 2 - 8X10, and 1 - 11X14 prints all done in a "Matte" finish or a CD with your retouched original size images in the $225 fee.

Add $150 for both packages.

If you choose the print package, your proofs are available within two weeks after your sitting for you to choose your prints.

You may also order extra prints or photo packages at our discounted studio print prices at that time. You will receive your finished prints in about two weeks after you make your picks. Your proofs are then put online at our Online Store so you can order more prints if needed.

"Baby Custom Digital" print prices are higher then normal prints.

The portrait fee is due at the time of the photo shoot.

Commercial Photographer Fees:

Photographer fees - $250 an hour plus travel and expenses.

Price does not include fees for hair, makeup, art direction, etc.

Biker Photography:

Biker Life
Most "Biker Life" shots are done in a "street scene" style meaning we go to Biker events in the Central Ohio area and photograph the lifestyle of bikers. If you see us at your event, check the "Biker Life" section of our "Online Store" to see if we photographed you.

Need a Photographer for Your Biker Event?
We'll photograph your event for free and post the photos in the "Biker Life" section at our online store for purchase.

If your event is for a charity, 50% of any sales from your even will be donated to the charity.

Biker Portraits

We also offer portraits of you and/or your bike. The "Biker Portraits" can be shot in our studio or on a location of your choosing.

We offer 4 sizes for the Biker Portraits printed in a "Matte" finish. The prices below include the sitting fee and 1 print.

11X14 - $75
12X18 - $80
16X24 - $85
20X30 - $90

The sitting fee is due at the time of the photo shoot and the finished print will be mailed to you within two weeks. The prints are then put online so you can order extra copies.

Purchasing Extra Prints:

You may purchase more prints at our "Online Store" or by calling the studio.

Our "Online Store" handles all of our secure credit card purchases. The studio only handles purchases by cash or check so we discount studio purchases by 10%. The studio prices do not include shipping. Shipping depends on the number of prints ordered.

An email will be sent to you to let you know when your photos are online so you can look at the proofs online and choose which ones you would like to purchase.

Your personal online album can be password protected on request. This will allow you to control who can purchase your photos. You may give this password out to anyone you wish to be able to see and purchase the photos in your personal online album.

Online purchases must be made with a credit card. Studio purchases must be made with cash or check. Prices do not include shipping or Ohio sales tax.
